Check it out, y’all! It’s time to meet María Victoria Ramírez de Arellano Cardona, aka Young Miko, a dope Puerto Rican rapper and singer-songwriter from Añasco, Puerto Rico.
She kicked off her music journey back in 2018, spitting rhymes to beats she found on YouTube and dropping her tracks on SoundCloud under the name Young Miko. She also hustled as a tattoo artist to make ends meet while pursuing her music dreams.

Fast forward to 2022, she dropped her first EP, “Trap Kitty,” featuring some lit Latin trap tunes inspired by her queerness, anime, urban culture, and The Powerpuff Girls. Then in July 2023, her reggaeton banger “Classy 101” hit the Billboard Hot 100, marking her debut on the chart. Young Miko is proudly lesbian, and she’s all about representing her true self in her music and personal life.
